Rendez-vous Canada (RVC) is Canada’s premier tourism marketplace where international travel trade connects with our country’s leading tourism industry partners. This invitation-only event takes place over three days and largely consists of pre-scheduled appointments with potential partners.
RVC 2023 was held in Quebec City, May 30 – June 2. This was the 47th RVC which brought together over 1500 attendees including more than 488 Canadian seller organizations and 370 buyers and media from Destination Canada’s key markets from around the world.

There were over 51,000 appointments conducted over the three marketplace days. Discover Halifax’s, Michele Bourgeois had a total of 65 meetings. “My focus was meeting with operators from Nova Scotia key markets of US, UK, Germany, and Canada,” said Michele.
Michele also shared that feedback from the Nova Scotia delegation was that the appointments were very positive with operator feedback generally showing strong interest in Atlantic Canada
Next year, RVC will be held in Edmonton, May 14 – 17, 2024.
