Here you’ll find all the assets available to you to promote your event’s sustainable initiatives and it’s recognition as a Halifax Sustainable Event. Your recognition will be for one or multiple Sustainable Event Categories. Please ensure you only use assets related to the categories which your event has been recognized.
Asset Kits by Recognition Category
Asset kits are downloaded as a zip file and contain badge logos for that recognition category, logo usage guidelines, social media graphics and copy examples, as well as a PowerPoint template you can use to showcase your event’s sustainable initiatives internally and externally.

Recognition Badge Logos
You’ll find a high-resolution .EPS (best for print applications) and PNG versions (best for digital applications) for all the Sustainable Event Program recognition categories. Each folder includes a full colour, white background, and white outline version of the badge design. You’re welcome to download the badge graphics for the categories your event has qualified for and use them to promote your event. For information about when to use the different designs provided in each badge folder, see the Badge Usage Guidelines linked above.
We’ve compiled a series of LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook graphics for your use. Identify the category(ies) your event qualifies for and download their social media graphics package.
Additionally, we’ve put together some content templates you can use to help get the word out about the sustainable initiatives you’ve incorporated into your event, and to of course recognize your achievements.
PowerPoint templates are designed for internal or external use to promote your event’s recognition as a Halifax Sustainable Event and to help you promote your sustainable initiatives. The PowerPoint deck attached includes slides for all four Sustainable Event Categories. Please delete the slides unrelated to the recognition categories your event qualified for.
