Pavilion 23 — formerly the Cunard Centre — is a waterfront, single-level event venue run by RCR Hospitality Group. It offers ~18,000 ft² of open, column-free indoor space (with optional outdoor waterfront overflow) and can host standing receptions up to about 1,300 guests.

Since the Halifax Seaport Farmers’ Market operates there on Saturdays (typically 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.), Saturday events generally begin after the market or use areas segregated from it. RCR handles the food & beverage, often drawing on local market vendors to design farm-fresh menus.
