There’s a whole lot of Love in the air for Halifax, with a new illustration that helped Discover Halifax make waves during Ottawa Meet Week.

From April 4 to 7, the team set up at Meet Week events including Destination Direct and Tete a Tete, where a bold and vibrant booth design and merchandise featuring Halifax hand lettering artist Kristen De Palma’s Love Halifax design helped draw people in to learn about how Halifax is becoming Canada’s favourite city.

This was Discover Halifax’s first year at the Destination Direct event, which it attended alongside 30 other destination marketing organizations from across Canada. The team met with 18 qualified buyers at the event.

Art is a powerful tool that can help foster connections. This Love Halifax design achieved this once again at the Tete a Tete event, where it attracted and helped land more than 100 connections with clients and prospects.
